Well, 20 chinese yen is not a whole lot of money, except perhaps for me, it being my life savings, and, when combined with the 50 Danish Kroners and the 10 Germany phennings in my glass on the window sill, it could pay for a month of hosting, and the domain, when Yahoo had the sale.
I went and checked some hosts, and some were like Yahoo. at $2.95 for the first year. Godaddy.com is a biggie.
I would want the Linux hosted servers. as they have a really great Penguin mascot, and are virus immune.

No, I don't think there are any besides those provide free SUB-domains.
