Is anybody else getting a constant page error?

I can't edit my questions, see who starred, use spell check, etc.
The thumbs up works, though.

It's been happening alot lately.

I am not, but I was earlier. Sometimes it is the system being overloaded, sometimes I need to run a scandisk and reboot the computer. Sometimes I even need to defragment the computer.
