ive brought dis reli nice top bu its too short. the arms and everithin else is fine . how do i stretch jus da bottom? its made out of cotton.

When I was younger we were always buying something on sale or that one size fits all stuff.
We pulled down the shirts on the back side and tired to pull it over our knees and something a friend would get behind up and pull on the back.
We pulled all ways side to side and straight down and it did work from time to time for us depending on the material.

Try washing it and then hanging it on the washing line from the bottom leave it for a while, normally works
