Any Judge who releases a pedophile is just as evil and guilty as the pedophile. They should be disbarred and put on trial themselves, not only for aiding and abetting, but for twisting the laws to match their twisted minds.

The climate of jusice is so overtaken by politics..nobody looks for the greater good any more..All pedifiles should be incarcerated until death..it is proven they can not be rehabilitated. The duplexity of our society is staggering. We revere those whom make terrible decisions ( that affect all) and we sit in astonishment when they choose wrong.
Time for us to choose, I am so sick and tired of hearing another about baby hurt or killed because a judge went through his paperwork. Children are this country's future. We were children once, as we are... they will be. I lack hope in this administration. It's a lost cause. I can only hope that the future will bring heart.

Personally I think that any judge that releases a paedophile that then goes on to commit another crime against a child, should be put on trial themselves - for aiding and abetting a known child molester!
All the PC brigade supporters of these sickos, who bang on about human rights should also be put on trial - then hanged!
They are bang out of order and have no consideration of the human rights of the victims!

News of the World journalists are a threat to the security of the Head of State, Her Majesty the Queen and they are lucky to get off so lightly with a four month jail sentence. They should be dragged naked to the the Tower of London and have their heads hacked off.

Couldn't agree more! The criminal justice system in so many countries is busy sitting on their heads looking up at places best not mentioned.
It is about time that governments started asking the people they represent what is it they want from the police and the courts.
They can then moderate the answers into a workable system.

sure do, how does reporting the news compare to screwing children? all paedophiles should be carstrated, then bashed by the victims family....... then sent to prison for life wher the hardened crims can continue the bashings. maybe then they may have a little taste of what their victims are going thru

The system is completely wrong. Criminals don't deserve liberty and should be punished accordingly for their crimes. What next murderers and rapists let off because they are nice people. It is bloody infuriating.
