The most obvious answer is that the governments of those countries are more liberal.

For the same reasons why prostitution is legal in some parts of the world. Making it illegal will not make it go away.

I can only say demented minds. Usually porn is tied to drugs, and sex slave, and child exploitation. there is nothing good about it. Only reason must be money.
