I think you are allowed to give your child as many names as you like. If anybody says differently then just tell them about :
Adolph Blaine Charles David Earl Frederick Gerald Hubert
Irvim John Kenneth Loyd Martin Nero Oliver Paul Quincy
Randolph Sherman Thomas Uncas Victor Willian Xerxes Yancy
Zeus - who holds the record for the longest surname ever - which you can see here: http://www.everything2.com/index.pl?node=Longest%20names (It won't allow me to type it all here).
He was born in Munich in 1904 and lived in Philadelphia for most of his life. He had quite a lot of names - one for each letter of the alphabet.
So if he was allowed to have such an amazing name like that, I'm pretty sure that your baby will have no problems at all having just 5. I think the names you chose are very pretty by the way. :-)

You can do this, I would suggest that you choose just a single first name and 2 middle names if you want something longer. Remember your daughter will have to write this out on every form that requires her legal name, maybe a pain in her rear someday?!

I believe it is as many as can fit on the line; when in doubts ask the hospital. Perhaps the records department can best advise you, just ask at the administration desk. I was thinking also about the records department at the courthouse too.

you can do what you want. Just keep in mind there are only three spots, so you have to use the dashes in the names. My kids are tongan, and they have two first names with a dash in the middle, then a middle name then a last name. Only three, but if you use dashes, then you should be able to do it. Keep in mind though, I found it very hard for my kids to have to learn their names, and how to write it in kindergarten.

I've never heard of a limit.
My son's name is Michael Roman DJW Ourlastname. The D, J, and W are the first initials of his grandfathers names (my dad, my stepdad, and hubbys dad)
Our daughter's name is Aidyn Ella-Maureen Ourlastname. Ella is one of her grandmother's first names, Maureen is the other grandma.

There is no legal limit to the amount of names that you name your child- it is up to you.
