im looking for some new books to read, like I wanna some type of books that are thought-provoking, material like Requiem for A dream, or something that's kinda spiritual. Just stuff that's kinda like a movie called Pi, I know I don't really make sense, but stuff that's really out there, but really good. Any Suggestions

Darren Aranofsky fan huh. I'd suggest The Beach by Alex Garland...nothing like the movie. It's good.

if you want to read a really good book that's going to make you think I would have to recommend 1984. never seen the movie, although i hear there is one but it's not exactly like the book, the book is really good though.
