...and viceversa. "More Bounce to the Ounce" is the title to a funk song, I just don't understand the lyrics.

I thought it was "More ounce to the bounce". Anyways, yeah, it sounds like the same thing
There is always the homosexual version : More booty for this fruity! (No offense anyone, my gay friend Al used to say that all the time)

Well back in my day, when we still rode dinosaurs to high school. The saying was "The bigger the cushion the better the pushin." We always used that in reference to the size of a women's butt. More bounce to the ounce usually referred to the size of the women as a total package. And let me tell you there ain't no loving better than some sweet BBW. As to this "funk" song I can't help you, sorry. The word"funk" had a rather negative connotation in my day. Such as "What is that funky smell coming from your dinosaur, what did you feed him last night?" Barney Rubble used to ask me that all the time.

I've never heard of "more bounce to the ounce", but it definitely sounds like it could mean the same thing.

Not quite. I know they sound similar, but Grace Jones outweighed many gymnasts, who, I suspect, can be quite bouncy.
