For the first part of your question...
Of course. When we are young, we can only think with our hormones. After we finally mature, we can think with our heads and hearts. My wife and I married in our late 30s and we are very happy.

As for building a family...
My wife had our baby boy when my wife was 38. He is VERY healthy and smart. Wherever we go, people want to hold him and spoil him because he is so cute (he is Eurasian, but looks like me - except he's really handsome). I really hate all this crap about people saying you can't have a baby because you are too old. My son is now three, and he can speak three languages fluently. He is also very inquisitive and wants to learn everything. So don't worry. If you're healthy and have checked out everything with your doctor, there should be no problem. Just so long as you don't have any big mouths telling you that you're too old to have a family.

Research suggests that the older you are (as long as it is still your first marriage) the better the chance your marriage will last. I personally think that it is because we don't expect people to grow up until they reach 30 now-a-days. If someone gets married at 21, no one would frown upon them for getting a divorce, in fact, a lot of people would just say "21 was too young in the first place, it is good you are separating, you need to get out there and play the field before you settle down"

I dont think so. I think the longer you wait the more selfcentered and less flexible you become. May couple who marry your stay married all their lives. But for some like me, We got married young both under 25, under 22, she was 17 and I was 21. Ours only lasted 24 years 10 months, 7 days, I did not compute the hrs.

If she is waiting for the right man. But i could be that she is still single at this age because she is hard to get along with and pushes men out of her life. So her waiting could have just as much failure as any other marriage if she does not fix herself first

Not really. If she wants children she has only about 5 years to do so before it gets risky. The chances of getting Down Syndrome kids are higher after 35.

Not necessarily.

I read an arcticle that said that couples who are together for 3 years or over before getting married will usually get divorced faster than couples who have been together 2 years or less before getting married.
