I haven't heard this song in 6 years. I never remembered any of the little lyrics it had, or the name of the song and producer.
It showed on the Belgium MTV(w/e MTV is shown in Belgium, I used to live there) often. It's a techno song with a blue color theme to the video. It begins with someone surfing, and then it leads to the person on the board(I think) going into this building where there is a party. I think there is a guy and girl searching for each other in the party. I'm not to sure.

It is not blue da ba de da ba da. The video that goes with the song has surfing at the beginning of it. Also a woman sings it.
