I don't think you can, unless you have a REALLY nice friend.

I've seen that phone before and it's really nice (though not as nice as the iPhone or anything like that) and it's not cheap.

Since I'm pretty sure they don't sell it in America yet, you'd have to buy it outright, so it'll cost a lot more than it would if you were to do something like buy it and get a discount by signing up for a contract with a service provider.
