With all the kidnapping and raping going on with it....what do u think the age limit she be or is it really safe for younger girls?

I think that if a child is going to have a my space page it is the parent's responsiblilty to check up on them and see what is on their page and who are their friends. The children should be aware of the dangers and agree to let the parents check on them. That way kids can be safer and parents can know what's going on.
Have the computer in a family room where you can see what your children are doing.

I don't think there should necessarily be an age limit as long as the person is old enough to be responsible with their use of the site. They should be able to understand how to interact via the internet safely, as well as how to protect themselves. A good place to start is with parents being aware of what their kids are doing online.

13 is probally the best age or higher so they know not to e-mail strangers and they even have something the parents can use to look at sent messages of their children. Yahoo is pretty good but i guess all the teens are raving over Myspace

I think 16 is pretty good age...by then you are aware of loser and stalkers only wanting one thing out of you. I don't think its really safe for younger girls because they don't know what their getting themselves into.
