If you did nothing offensive, then you have nothing to be worried about. Parents can be protective, but they cannot sue you or have you arrested without having evidence of your offense(s).

You have sex with her, that's statutory rape! even if both of you are minors, both of you will get in trouble, if you two are just dating, b/f and g/f and no foul play is going on, then the parent's can't arrest you simply for dating their daughter, dating someone is not a crime, having sex w/ a minor is a crime, so keep that jimmy of yours inside the pants, don't let it catch any air and you'll be ok

Check your state law for criminal paramaters.
next, you can ask your state bar ( free para-legals) for advise and check with county attorneys office for cases that may involve similar issue. This would also fall not under the criminal but civil case. There are two sides to a lawsuit, criminal which is like the jail time, and the civil the asking for money and pain and suffering damages.

It is possible that they think you are harassing their daughter or stalking her. If that is the case they could ask a court for a restraining order against you, then if you contacted your girl friend you would be in violation of the court order and could be arrested.
The larger question should be are you willing to make your girl friend's life more complicated by putting her in a position to have to choose between seeing you and obeying her parents wishes?

If I wanted to keep you away from my 15 year old daughter I would simply tell you. Stay away or I will hurt you. I would tell your parents also and if they let you near my girl I would hurt them also. Simple aye?

If nothing has happened I doubt it, but many innocent people have been put in jail.
With regard to legal consent....
It depends on certain factors: How old is she? And where you are located? ...Different states/countries have different laws.

Yes, she is a minor . . . talk to her at school and public places only. Do not endanger either of yourselves.
In a few years you can have private dates without either of you going to jail or other such fun places.
