Ok, so you go to the doctor and ask for some help, they do "What they Think will help" But they was wrong Should you still pay for this, I feel that Its like going to a restraunt and ordering food and the reciveing an emty plate and still being asked to pay for the food . Any way would you pay for medical services if you where still sick a year later? I don't feel that I should pay for something I did not recieve like quality medical care veiws are welcome I am inserch of everyone opinion because we all have one .

No, I don't think you should have to pay for proven misdiagnoses, because their misdiagnoses probably prevented you from getting workers compensation or other disability payments. It's also an assault on your character when they are wrong.

In most states, when a Doctor takes you on as a patient you sign an agreement that has a clause whereby you acknowledge that medicine is not "a perfect science". If for any reason other than the doctor's own wilful neglect, the treatment is unsuccessful, you still owe for the procedure.

If you weren't responsible then no doctor would take on any patient unless he was 100% sure he could cure them.

Unfortunately medicine is far more complicated than cooking.
Many human problems cannot be solved and some may only have some symptom relief.
If people kept coming to medical staff, figuring they would get cured or it would be free , No doctors or nurses would waste their time on people.
They try to help and spend their time on you so they should be paid.
If you are always expecting cures, you better just stay home.

you're a money foundation taxpayer and declare deductions in 3 hundred and sixty 5 days paid, inspite of three hundred and sixty 5 days incurred. medical prices should be more advantageous than 7.5% of AGI to be deductible, a intense threshold. medical prices contain medical mileage, prescriptions, health center and healthcare specialist charges, dentists, glasses, contact lenses, and so on. also contains coverage IF paid with placed up-Tax money.

nope. I would not. Doctors make mad money. Especially if they accept hmo's medicaid and things of that nature.Further more I am really sick of seeing doc offices giving patients the same meds for all probs. for ex me and my mother and my best friends mother were all going to the same clinic, and we all were recieving the same medication and we all three do not have the same medical problems. further my dad went there too he has had high blood pressure for years he finally got a new doctor in dec and now his pressure is down. so really the bottom line is most are in it for the money and these days you have to search for the ones who are not!

I don't think you have a choice. A lot of people would claim they were still sick, just to get out of paying the bill. Not to mention a lot of people go to the doctor and then don't follow a thing he told them to do.
