1)the point is in 2nd quad.
2)try first puttig x=0 therefore y=3 & then put y=0 therefore x=2.draw aline with 2 points(0,3) and (2,0)
3) the line is perpendicular to x-axis.draw perependicular line at x=3.

Graph of a Line
Graph 3x + 2y = 12.
Solution
To find the y -intercept, let x = 0.
3(0) + 2y = 12
2y = 12 Divide both sides by 2.
y = 6
Similarly, find the x-intercept by letting y = 0 which gives x = 4. Verify that when x = 2 the result is y = 3. These three points are plotted in Figure 7(a). A line is drawn through them in Figure 7(b).
Not every line has two distinct intercepts; the graph in the next example does not cross the x-axis, and so it has no x-intercept.

(-4,3), four units to the left of the x-axis and three units up of the y-axis, so the plot would be in quadrant II.
You need to put that in slope-intercept form:
y=mx+b
Subtract 3x from both sides:
2y=-3x+6
Divide 2 from both sides:
y=-3/2x+3
Just plug in numbers for x to get the y-values and then plot the points to make a graph. It's a straight line graph.
x=3
This means that the line going straight up and down on the x-axis where 3 is located.
I hope this helps!

For the point (-4, 3) you find it drawing a line parallel to y going through point -4 on abcissa axis and a line parallel to x through point 3 on ordinate axis
3x + 2y = 6 gives 2y = 6-3x
or y = -1.5x +2 which is a line with negative slope -1.5 and intercept on y =+2
X=3 is a traight line parllel to the axis y and passing through the point x=3 on x axis

For A, y = 5, draw a HORIZONTAL line 5 gadgets above the x-axis. For B, x = 4, draw a VERTICAL line 4 gadgets top of the y-axis. the factor of intersection could be factor (4, 5) that's 4 gadgets to the superb of the y-axis and 5 gadgets above the x-axis.
