Between the three options, i think neji is the only one capable of loving. i mean, w/ sasuke wanting nothing but revenge and gaara living only to kill...

Well, I don't really care that much for any of the choices you provided. I'd want to be paired with either Naruto or Kiba, but Naruto would always be number one in my book. Not to mention, Sasuke and Neji are already taken by Sakura and TenTen. Though, you could consider Naruto taken, too, by Hinata (and Sasuke, ;])... so, I'd probably choose Gaara, if I had to chose from the three. Only because he seems a tad lonely, doesn't have anyone to love him, etc etc. Though, if Sasuke and Naruto are paired up, Gaara could always have Sakura...

Gaara most probabley as the person said above because he's kinda unloved and maybe needs someone to show him what love is? I wouldn't choose Sasuke because i believe he's kind of arrogant but Neji would be okay.

I fall in love with Neji, had a huge crush on Sasuke and always dreaming about Gaara.
Those three are my favorite character.
If I have to choose one of them, I think I'm gonna pass.
