i had a dream that my two best friends died at the same time and theh one came back to life and told me it was ok and i was going to be fine then i went to tell my buddys brother and our outher friends all the time i was crying in this dream

So perhaps it is that two parts of you have been considered by you to be worth discarding, but you had second thoughts and wanted one of them back and you were analyzing your new persona with tears because of some sadness for the now missing part. That means one of your friends are betraying you behind your back. Two knows the truth and one will come forward. Death dreams don't actually mean death. It reflects warnings in my culture.

i dont pay much attention to dreams. but one this scary can really bum you out. it probably just means that you dont wanna lose your friends because they mean a lot to you.

dont bug out over it. it was just a dream.
