how many french teams is M.Platini going to put on the new champions league format?

because he's saying that four teams for a country are to much,so he's going to reduce the number of english,spanish and italian teams from four into three.i was wandering if he will do the same with french and german teams

Michel Platini, the new UEFA president is likely to add one more French team to three teams as he plans to change the UEFA Champions' League qualification in 2009. the new changes does not go well particularly in ENGLAND, SPAIN & ITALY.
