The first one that springs to mind for me has to be The Village with Joaquin Phoenix - I usually see twists coming a mile off, but this one is really clever and unusual. Se7en has a great twist too.
Some other good ones are Fight Club, Donnie Darko, Saw, the Sixth Sense twist is kinda lame, Basic Instinct, The Manchurian Candidate, or Secret Window.

I love movies with twists, & I thought I had this one figured out.
You can't miss a beat of this flick! Every word, every motion, everything, means something.
p.s. The Secret Window is lame compared to this one.
