Honey, I've been there! I know how you feel...I had all-day nausea and vomiting every day from about 6 weeks till 27 weeks. In the beginning, when it was SO bad I could hardly swallow my own saliva without throwing it back up ( :P ), a friend of mine bought me these "Preggo Pops"...all-natural suckers that kind of help keep nausea at bay. Sucking on hard candies helps...especially sours for some reason. At least it helped a little for ME.
But really it's all about just testing foods out and seeing which ones work for you. That's what I did.
Congrats and good luck! I hope you lose that yucky feeling soon!

If it is so serious that you can't eat a thing or haven't eaten in a few days, you should go to your Dr. They have pills they can give you to settle your stomach so you can eat. If you don't want pills, try lemon drops or peppermint tea. Anything citrus or minty usually helps curb the nausea. You really need to take care of yourself so you are healthy for the baby. Congrats and Good Luck!

try very plan foods dry toast, crackers etc.
but i was also told by the doctor that its the fluids you need to keep trying rather than food, you should try to eat very small amounts but must make sure you keep hydrated, small mouthfuls of water etc.
i hope the feeling passes for you soon x x x x

try ginger ale and bland foods, like bread and crackers... and hope it passes! it usually does, for most women. but if you can eat without throwing up, just make yourself eat. talk to your doc for some more advise, and if it gets worse, or you can't keep any food down at all.

you can't. Welcome to the world of pregnancy. I drank a lot of protein juices, like Boost when I was pregnant. Otherwise I lay in bed and puked when I got up for the first 4 months.
