Hydrogen peroxide reacts with the iron and hemoglobin in blood, frothing it out quite nicely. Get some from the bathroom, and you're home free.

Hopefully you're asking while the blood is still wet. If so, a wet washcloth will get it off easily. If not, OxyClean and a toothbrush. Make a paste and apply, let soak, scrub with toothbrush. Keep doing this until it's gone. It won't be easy. Always wipe blood off immediately when it gets on something.

I was going to suggest the tide pens too or any type of stain stick...rub the stain so good...way more than just a light application. Then use cold water to get it out.
You can try magic erasers too. becareful of ruining the comforter colors though. it takes everything out of anything!

Peroxide. Just regular peroxide. Pour it on it before you wash it. Then blot with a clean towel with mild detegent it will get rid of the blood.
