My husband and I like unique baby names...are these a little too off though? For a boy we like Atticus Grey. We're undecided on a girl name...we like Constantine (Constance) and Fable for a girl. Help a sista out!!!

Just remember that the kid is gonna have to get through junior high school with that name. Those playgrounds can get rough...

It'sall about a person's perspective. I personnaly find them a little odd, especially the boys name. Atticus Grey has a nice ring to it. But hey, once a child has been named, he will just become. It will not seem so odd when attached to a person.

I actually love Constance as a girls name! Constantine and Fable...not to sure about it!

Good luck!

Atticus Grey is an awesome name. I also really like the name Constance Fable, or Fable Constance. Both ways are really nice. :-)

Not too keen on Constantine though.

The name Atticus Grey sounds ADORABLE.
It fits together so well. But, I am rather fond of unusual names myself...

I love Fable too, but Constance and Constantine seem really common lately.

Atticus is a great name (reminds me of Atticus from the book to Kill a Mockingbird) and Constantine can't work because that is a guys name...but Fable sounds really pretty. : )

Are the both of you into Roman history? If so, thats cool for you to name your kids that. I like Atticus Grey...but when I hear Constantine...I think of the male Roman Emperor. But if you'll be calling her Constance, it's wonderful.

Best of luck!

Love them!! Atticus is my favorite and I will be naming my next child that too. I like Constance better than Fable but still like it a lot.

Love Atticus to death, my cousin is an Atticus.

Constantine I see as a guys name, so I would say just call her Constance. Fable's adorable though..

Also did you ever consider Temperance for a girl? Tempy for short? Thats another one of my cousins names...

God help the poor child if you name him/her Atticus or Fable. You could get away with constantine though - just. Think of those cruel school years your child will have to go through, the whole 13 of them. Do you really want to put that upon your child just for your urge for "uniqueness?" Surely you can be unique without being totally weird.

I like Constantine but I've only heard that name in reference to boys. Fable is too weird. One suggested name that I think is unique is the name Royal

I love Atticus Grey! Your son's English teachers would be your biggest fans at parent-teacher conferences.

Fable actually isn't bad, I also like Sable.

And Constantine, well, that's a pretty solid masculine name. But there are some beautiful feminine versions: Constantia (Late Roman), Constanza (Spanish), Constantina (Ancient Roman),Constanta (Romanian) and Constance (English/French)
Constantia and Constantina are my favorites.
