Save it, and buy something cool that you like, clothes, a trip somewhere, whatever. That way you can see something tangable that you got instead of smokes.

Here's some great ideas.
1)Try a savings account for that long awaited dream vacation? A savings account for that dream car, first home, education, etc.!
2)Loftier goals; support a hungry child somewhere in the world or a missionary or clothe the poor in your neighborhood.
3)Nutritional supplements would help to rid the body of toxins and renew tissues on a cellular level that have sustained damage. Nutritional consultants will suggest a detox program. (1)
4)Use it for a good dental cleaning and think of how nice and clean your teeth will stay now that you have more to smile about unashamedly.
5) Pay off some debts if applicable.

Instead of smokes or my personal addiction: A 20oz vanilla chai breve 3/4 chai with whip cream, I could go to the local dollar store and but a six pack of water, a six pack of frozen preztels ( with salt packets), a movie sized box of bottle caps (mmm..), a four pack of microwave popcorn, and a classic movie on a dollar dvd. All that for 5 BUCKS! Movie night is on me!

Why don't you get in the habit of putting it in the bank.You'll be amazed how quickly it adds up. Then you'll be able to buy that special thing you thought you couldn't afford.
We put $5 a week in both our sons accounts. It's adding up nicely.

i got a really cute pair of shoes at the mall for $5 (+ tax), a pair of earrings, or let it stack up each time you "could" have bought a pack$$$$. i quit 25 days ago - you can do it if you want to! =)
