I have been researching the Ramos-Compean border agent story. My theory is that these guys were sacrifical pawns used to further or protect undisclosed immigration/border policies. I found numerous stories on FOX news, and CNN, but zero on MSNBC. Any particular reason? All the congressional outrage is from republicans, the democrats seem to have nothing to say. I can't find any background on this. The prez and the dems appear to be odd bedfellows on this one. I don't get it.

Bush cannot support the stoppiing of Mexicans from crossing the border as he has already signed the deal to make it ok! Why are the Democrats silent? Unfortunately, we will have to wait and see what they are going to do about many things as they are still as yet only in a position to react to what the President does. Hopefully that will soon change.
