ok...what does it mean when some guy kisses your neck...he is a lot older than me and in NO way would I ever think about being with him..thats not even possible

It doesn't mean anything. Oh except get outta there! He's trying to make you let your guard down so he can do more. Probably more than you want to!

Well if you allow this guy to get that close to you he is going to think that he can have you. And you better be careful because he may just force you wether you want to or not. Stay away from him and don't give him any idea that it's ok.
