is there any way to downgrade a psp from firmware 3.03 to 1.50?

i have heard about psp downgraders for 3.03, but does anyone have an idea for how to downgrade firmware, even manually?

Hi, yes there is a way to downgrade your psp 3.03, go to http://www.psp-hacks.com and press on the 3.03 downgrade! you will need a game called GTA LCS Grant theft auto liberty city series, thats all!
