Best time to go is in Between Oct. to Mar End only. As that time no rain is take place, no hot witter and no cold is there.
But we are saying Plz. go with the Travel Agency. Because that time u getting Full booking for the Hotels.

Around 20 th of descember to 7th of january when Goans are in the festive mood.The second option is june--july to enjoy the monsoon with goan Fenny.
