What I would try first is to restore your system to an access-point or an earlier point in time. Then you retain all of your files but come back to a time before the viruses attacked the system. Next...
You can buy or download a myriad of software to rid your computer of viruses. You can get Spyware Bot which eliminates all the spyware on your system, you can get Mcafee Total Protection or Norton Antivirus to clear up some of the viruses. When you are done, you can get PC PitStop Optimize to rid your computer of unnecessary files and quicken the speed of your hard-drive.

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

Install an anti-virus in your computer, so that you can get rid of the viruses except for the newly created virus.

The first answer is wrong. Spysweeper only removes spyware. Go to www.avast.com and download the free home version of antivirus.
Using an antispyware program is also a good idea but spysweeper isn't free. Go to www.lavasoft.com and download adaware.

------------------------------...
Try and download Spybot Search & Distroy
It will fix and find most spyware on a computer.
It is also (free) to use!!
------------------------------...
Try and download Ad Aware
This program will find most spyware and will quarantine them.
To get any extra tools for this program, you will have to subcribe to
get to use them.
------------------------------...
If they do not work try Norton SystemWorks and
Norton Internet Security.
You will have to Subscribe, both Norton Systemworks and Norton
Internet Security to it for 365 days.
You will need to keep the paper disc holder(s),
becasue you don't want to
lose the 25 lettered/numbered text code.
You will need it later on if you want to renew your Subscription.
The program will stop working in 15 days, if
you don't ativate it. This will happen with both programs.
They both have the same AntiVirus scaning progams in them.
To keep both Nortons up-to-date Run Live Update on one of the programs.
Give them a try and see what happens.
I have Norton on My computer and it works ok, for now.
Plus, I have Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad Aware on My computer
they both work for Me.

There are many good anti virus tools out there, such as AVG and Avast. Download one and only one tool, they don't play well together. Run it.
