It's a tie between Luther Vandross and Bob Dylan.

Luther Vandross made music that only he could perform. His music is so well respected that no one dares to try and remake any of his songs. His voice was truly one of a kind.

Bob Dylan can't carry a note to save his life, but the music he writes for others sounds great.

There should be absolutely no debate whatsoever with this question. I feel that Bob Dylan is by far the most talented entertainer (at least lyrically) that has ever walked on this planet.
