That's an easy one, partly because I like them myself. Inki and his friends were characters in some old shorts, first made by Leon Schlesinger studios, then by Warner Brother. I believe the music they play for the Mynah Bird is called 'Fingol's Cave.'
Anyway, here's the list of Inki shorts from the Big Cartoon Database (www.bcdb.com)
The Little Lion Hunter (1939) (Leon Schlesinger Studios)
featuring Inki, Minah Bird, Lion.
Inki And The Lion (1941) (Leon Schlesinger Studios)
featuring Inki, Minah Bird, Lion.
Inki And The Minah Bird (1943) (Leon Schlesinger Studios)
featuring Inki, Minah Bird, Lion, Worm.
Inki At The Circus (1947) (Warner Bros. Cartoons, Inc.)
featuring Inki, Minah Bird, Two Dogs.
Caveman Inki (1950) (Warner Bros. Cartoons, Inc.)
featuring Inki, Minah Bird, Inki's Pet Dinosaur, Sabre-toothed Lion, Large Dinosaur, Caveman.
They are generally censored these days, due to concerns about racial stereotypes. You may have trouble finding them to view.

The answer before me from Poppa is correct to a point.
For the most part, the Minah bird just appeared on screen, did its dance step to distract the main characters for a moment, and then walked off stage. There was one cartoon where in the end, the bird led the main characters into a stew pot, implying possible cannibalism, but that was the only one "censored" because of the bird's actions.
Some of the earliest VHS releases, especially those "50 cartoon" type tapes that were always on the bargain shelf had some of the Minah bird cartoons.
Also there was an episode of Toon Heads that reviewed the character, but never showed more than a film clip of the dance routine.
The bird has also had cameos within an episode of Tiny Toon Adventures and the Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries, where it would just appear, do its little dance step, and walk off again like in its original appearances.
