i want to get my belly button pierced. my best friend got hers a month ago and her big brother, who has done some piercings before, did it... and i want him to do mine too but im not sure how smart that is, and how to take care of it! he has a kit.

I did mine about 8 years ago and almost died of pain. My niece did it the next day and only blinked. About after care, my cousin who did it, told me to get bactine spray, which is super great. It is analgesic and protects against infection. It is supposed to take a long time to heal, but mine was not so bad. Every time you can or when it hurts just spray the bactine and it will numb it. It is super. I love my belly pierced, i really enjoy it. Super sexy but dint exaggerate on the rings. I have a simple one and the same as when i got it done. Kisses and enjoy it...Peace

go to a professional piercing place, where the people are more well trained, experienced, and properly equipped.
I had an apprentice do mine, and I think it's a bit off center, and probably too deep, because 11 years later, mine still gets infected... not all the time, but, I don't know, maybe I've just gained too much weight or something...

Uh, spend some money and see a professional, hun. belly button peircings take forever to heal and if your peircing is done wrong, you can end up bleeding really bad or get a nasty infection.

It's not smart at all. You're better off finding a shop that will pierce you if you're underage.

Yeah its smart if you have nice abs or a flat stomach. If you have that, go ahead and do it. Don't do it you have a tubby fat lard stomach because its no sexy.

No.Go to a shop.That way if something goes wrong (Which i hope it doesn't)u can sue them.
