nope and anyway, if he was, paparazzi would faint from shock and start sending everyone they had to investigate...and I don't think Jesse Mccartney would be ready for that, with all the current media that he already has. so, let just conclude, forhis sake and the paparazzi's and all the girls out there who want to date him (for some reason...) , that he's not gay.
