Whatever possessed you to ask this question?
Presumably you're having a laugh?
Life started in the sea as single cell organisms. It was a very long time indeed before primitive animals came out onto the land.
Since then, by whatever mechanism, new species of animal have been arriving.
There have been mass extinctions.
Humans are quite recent - relatively.
Despite films like The Lost Land, there never was a time when humans and dinosaurs co-existed.
If your Q was a joke - nice one! It got me going.
If not - oh dear, oh dear.

Well, biblical sources and modern science (even scientists who don't agree with Evolution) definitely agree that animals preceded humans.
Of course, these two opinions are only a very small portion of what the rest of the world believes!!!
Now, there are other religions with creation stories that might be different. If I were an expert, I would be able to give you some examples, but I am not. In some stories, such as a certain Native American one, humans fall from a sky world and into "this" world where the animals are. Most stories will at least say that the ground/earth preceded humans and animals, although some (such as the Hindu creation story, I think) say Creation was hatched all at once from an egg.

Animals came first. When humans came on the scence [ on Earth] plants, animals, natural resources, etc were already in existence. Man had all the natural resources to work with for food, clothing, shelter, etc, all to make sure of the survival of mankind in harsh conditions. This reveals that God is at the helm, and that He have a plan for Mankind.

Well....all animals came from the primordial ooze, and humans ARE animals. But, I guess if it's a question of humans vs the first creatures to crawl from the ooze, than creatures came first ('animals'), as humans are a recent development.
