There is a way to share part of the disk partition so that files on the Windows side is visible to the OS X side. Check the bootcamp documentation. I am using a PowerPC machine so I can not run a test.

Second you can email or use Pando.

Third would be to use a USB connected drive where you mount the drive in Windows and then do the same later in OS X.

There is a warning about sharing a filesystem with OS X in that you pick up any of the MS Office viruses and other problems.

Note that if you use Parallels you can use both operating systems without rebooting in between.

Hello Sam S,

A friend of mine uses BootCamp and is able to move files back and forth between Windows and OS X. You should look into BootCamp's help section to get that information. I'm sorry that I wasn't much help.
