The main difference between the foreign policy initiatives of Wilson and Roosevelt:
a - Wilson would not interfere in domestic issues of other American countries and Roosevelt would.
b - Wilson wished to weaken Roosevelt's position on free trade in Europe.
c - Wilson only wanted to deal with governments that had moral authority rule.
d - there was very little difference in philosophy or style in the foreign policy of either administration.
