There are several hundred journals published monthly that have the latest information about medicine.
Three that are probably regarded as the top, most respected ones are: The New England Journal of Medicine, J.A.M.A. (The Journal of the American Medical Association) and Lancet (published in Britain) - and there are many more that are highly respected, but any medical library will have these three.

Your university's library, or the library of a nearby university (if you don't yet attend college). They'll almost definitely have the New England Journal of Medicine, and they'll probably have a few specialty journals as well.
