Whats The Expansion needed to get this on The Sims 2?

To make this more clear I mean how do you get the sims to walk and pose like that. do you have to have an expansion???

It's from the Glamour life pack.

To walk and pose like that, no expansion pack needed. The walk is from romance sims, when they are going to do a romantic thing or are in platinum asipration. To pose like that, its the way teen sims look when they're checking themselves out in a mirror.
