Soak your fingers in acetone nail polish remover or just straight acetone. Use a wooden cuticle stick to gently rub off the softened acryllic. It takes awhile, about 1-2 hours of doing this. It's best to go to a nail salon & let them do it. Invest in a manicure afterwards as the acetone will dry your hands something awful.
I have acryllic nails & this is what they do when a new set is needed. Old ones start looking bad or dirty so they have to come off every 3-4 months. Your own nails will be tender & slightly soft for a day or two so be careful doing your daily routines.
In the future, don't waste the money on acryllic nails if you can't afford to keep them up.

It's EXTREMELY hard!! I have fake nails on all the time and it is very hard. I suggest going in to a nail salon if you can and having them do it. Otherwise you need to get ACETONE nail polish remover and soak your nails in there for quite some time. It will get the acrylic soft and you will have to try to peel the nails off. It is VERY hard. I see an answer to your question that tells you to soak your nails in hot water and that person has obviously not had acrylic nails before. Best of luck!

ur gonna need to soak your nails in acetone. leave them in for a few minutes, then check to see if the acrylic starts to get mushie, then u can use a paper towel to wipe it off, then just repeat until all acrylic is removed. also if u get most of it off u cant buff the last bit off with a square buffer or a nail file. when your all done then buff your natural nails, just not too much cuz they will be thin. that's the best way to get them off without damages ur real nails.

You will have to soak you nails, in finger nail remover, and that don't necessary have to remove the acrylic completely, if that do not help you will have to go to the nail shop and have them to remove the nails for you. they know how.

Acetone, or nail polish remover with acetone. You can get it at any beauty supply store. You really want to try to find one that sells professional products.
