Sounds like water in the fuel. Drain the water separator and check.

Is there any sections of rubber fuel line? If so, it may be collapsing. You may want to check it out. Also check your fuel cap, it may be defective. Which filter? Fuel, air? And are you sure there's only one of each. Your best bet would be follow the fuel line all the way to the tank and back. I once had a problem similar to yours in my 86 Oldsmobile, it turned out the fuel tank had a vinyl liner inside that separated from the tank and wrapped itself around the fuel pump. Good luck.

What filter, if it's the fuel filter it may have a bad seal and is getting air into the fuel system.

1. Filters. check to see if there is water in your fuel.

3.Make sure all belts are tight.
4. Make sure that all of your Air Bleed off valve seals are tight/sealed
