No. Won't hurt the chameleon.

Unless there are many of them. Because if there are many of them, they can gang up on the chameleon and eat its eyes out.

yes they can, in fact, crickets and mealworms can hurt them too. they might eat little parts of it while it sleeping, so one day your chameleon might find its eyelid missing.. but i wouldnt worry about it too much. i have had super worm beetles living in a cage with anoles and small lizards and there have been no problems

I would say no if you mean will it be poisonous and kill the cham. But I wouldn't leave it in the cage overnight. I have a little sonic cup with tape around the inside top so crickets and beetles can't get out and he just goes to the cup and eats them.

i wouldn't leave them in the cage they wont really eat them the Beatles are for bigger reptiles like monitors or dragons. chameleons will eat the softer things like worms and crickets.

only if there is too many of them. then they could eat the cham.I'd say don't leave them in the cage
