How can we stop a human mind from exploring? Why Americans wants to establish space stations and explore to live on other planets like moon, mars etc.? Human mind is never satisfied People look for pleasure outside not because their partners are not beautiful and loyal..
Th ere are several talented Indians who preferred to stay on .It is normal human behaviour to feel other side always rosy. Of course the infrastructure here needs lot of improvement for many to stay on.

Indians more often feel that, the other side of the grass is always greener. They talk big for India but seldom they give back any thing in kind for this land that has given them their basics. Its exercise in futility to talk about this.

indians should first of try to understand that india is the best place in the world to live in.they should always keep in the mind that they should always work for the betterment of their country.they should get stuffed here and invest them abroad.

Give the intelligent suitable prominence they deserve / working atmosphere here and don't bring caste in the selection to the jobs. Many of the outgoing would remain here and work for the betterment of the country. If you try to push them in to "Patala", then, they find their future elsewhere. India is the loser, then.

First of all, we need to increase the education status. We need to change the syllabus to practical. Secondly, companies need to increase their facilities given to the employees. And the most important point that i think we should consider is corruption.
