How bad is the idea of having whoever has an STD to bear a tattoo near their genitals warning about the fact?

There was this Canadian man who slept with women and made 2 of them affected. He got 12 years.

I wont bash you but that would be like asking all homosexuals to be branded or anyone whose committed any crime to be branded. Do you see what I am saying? If your concerned about STD's cove it up sweetheart. Furthermore many people have an STD and do not know it so how could you even have them tattooed. I think more people that are ignorant uneducated fools need to have tattoos. And I'd rather see women beaters and persons that commit child abuse branded way before someone with an STD

Why on their genitals where no one can see it??? Contrary to what one replyer said - some STD's are permanent. Genital Herpes is always with you. It can flare up at any time. And what about the STD's that leave permanent damage - like sterility??? These diseases are not to be taken lightly. They can cause a lot of suffering and ruin lives.

I don't know about the tattoo part but I think people should have to carry government issued cards clearing people like most European countries do.

Some STD's can be cured. Just always wear a condom to be safe.
