I admire anyone who chooses to mess with the gender barrier.
As for a turn on, that's taking it a bit too much too soon, each person has a right to live as they wish, a true turn on comes from stimulation of the mind.

There definitely are. I myself am quite turned on by male-to-female transsexuals, both pre- and post-op.

Yes there are. There has to be at least a few out there. People are to diverse for there not to be.
