Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 28. That is considered overweight but not obese. To be in the normal weight range for an adult, your BMI should be 25 or less, which for you would mean a weight of 184 pounds.

At 6 feet tall and 205 pounds, you are what people who live in the real world call NORMAL.
If you're going by the BMI chart, don't. The Body Mass Index completely ignores muscle mass and overall build.
According to the BMI, you should weigh between 180 and 185. Have you ever seen a 6' Tall man (or woman) who weighs 180 pounds? The word "refugee" comes to mind. To put it into perspective, let's take a look at Superman. The character Superman is 6'3" tall and weighs 225 pounds. According to the BMI, he's a fat slob.
How often do you exercise? "3 times a week" is a good answer.
Do you smoke? "No" is a good answer.
Do you drink alcohol regularly? "No" is a good answer.
Instead of worrying about being fat, worry about being healthy.

It depends how you wear it. I'm the same size as you are, and i've got some extra fat on my stomach and my neck/chin(s) are growing some extra baggage. I work with a guy who's the same height as us, but weights 235. He works out a lot and is in great shape, so it's tough to tell.
I'm definitely not in shape and I don't work out, but at the same time people don't call me fat. I'm the biggest out of my group of friends, and they're VERY honest people. They'd tell me if I was fat, and they haven't yet. This doesn't meant that I don't want to lose some weight and get a little more toned, because I do.

I would say that about 180-200 lbs. might be the norm for your height. I would not say that the weight that you are is necessarily considered fat.
It is really up to how you feel about yourself. Do you exercise...do you eat right..those factors are important in maintaining good health and a proper weight for your physique.
Also it depends on your age, as to how fast your metabolism is keeping up with you.
