My mother named me. My grandmother wanted my name to be Lucille. I'm glad that didn't happen.

My daddy named me samantha...my mom was gonna name me ashley. thank goodness i'm not ashley...there's so many! and he made it so we have the same initials aww lol

My mom and dad named me.
I was named after James Dobson's daughter, Danae.
But, I found out recently my name derives from a greek goddess. I like that story better...
hehe.

My mom picked it out from a baby book. I picked out my sister's name, when I was four years old after my favorite movie character!
