i think it sounds more like a girls name, i dont like it much... i have never herd of this name before...

what are some weird names that you have herd?

It's not a bad name at all. Nowadays anything goes.. and you get used to whatever the name is eventually. My grandma was horrified at the name my mom chose for me that my mother never had the nerve to fill in my birth certificate. it just says blank, blank, and then my maiden name.. thats it... so dont let other people make you feel bad about the name you choose... nor should you make other parents feel bad.
by the way.. once I named my son Sylver.. after Sylvan.. my own mother thought he would get teased. I had to remind her that I grew with my name and survived. And no.. it doesn't fit me at all but now I can't imagine having any other name

Yes, I like it. The two names go together nicely,
I think Iluka is a very neat name, one that has the potential to become trendy.
