Our state it is 18 for tobacco and legal cannabis (have to have a medical cannabis card)....

21 in most states. The legal age would be whatever age it is legal in your state to buy cigarettes.

Actually, in a great many states it is 19 to smoke, 21 for alcohol.

Actually its 18 in most states. Alaska is 19, California is trying to raise it to 21, as are a few other states.

In most places you have to be 18 years old to buy cigarettes. But we all know that if someone really wants a cigarette. they can get one at any age.

From a smoker... Don't Smoke it will kill you. Y do u think those warnings are on the cigarette pack.
