If you got an e-mail for a contest you did not enter it is a scam! I got an e-mail for someone saying they were Coke Cola and they asked for a lot of personal information it is a scam. Go to snopes.com and check they even have a page of coke scams!

Lets see, are you talking about how to receive the prize? like you have all the points but you just dont know how to get it? in that case,you just click the item you want, its a tab called "Get It" and it will ask you to confirm some stuff, then it will send you e-mail on how your shipping is doing, if you are asking about something else, I'm sorry i couldn't help.
