Which city has the best one? I've been to Munchen and It was GREAT!

Choose one of the triangle Köln (Cologne), Mainz or Aachen. I wouldn't call one of them the best. They are all good, but all similar. The problem is you'll have the greatest fun when you understand the language, and I don't think you do.
If you want to see something totally different, spend a day in Luzern (Lucerne), Switzerland.

Mainz is the birthplace of Fasching. The Fools Fountain is the place to party.

even though I'm from Munich I have to admit that the best carneval is either in Köln (Cologne) or in Mainz.
