ok about 4 years ago i had a dream of a picture of a landscape like you'd see in a gameboy game like mario. the landscape scrolled and every so often on the ground there would be a machine going up and down. when i wake up and think about the dream the dream made absolutely no sense and wasnt scary at all but still whenever i had this dream id wake up with a nightmare n id be so scared. this dream occured about every month for 2 years and i stopped having this dream about 2 years ago. still it freaks me out any1 kno what it means???

Sometimes you'd be amazed that it's right there in front of you and you didn't see it because of the emotion it caused in a sleep state.
Just write down each thing in the dream dispassionately. Maybe it was simply the repetition, the idea of having the same dream repeatedly that scared you.
